BEFORE COMPLETING ANY TRANSACTION, CAREFULLY READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. BY CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT”BUTTON,”YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY.

 

The price presented in this website does not include the mandatory Release of Liability or any other service fee like rush service, changes to the order or late return. The charge of $10.00 for the Release of Liability will be added at the check out of every transaction.

 

LATE RETUN FEE

If you wish to extend the rental period for up to 14 days, the fee of $12.00 per day will be charged automatically to the credit card.

 

 

ADITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES

Every order is subject to a compulsory and non-refundable $10.00 charge for the Release of Liability.  This charge is automatically added at the time of rental booking. The fee covers the costs for minor repairs that might happen, and costs associated with inspection, quality control and order processing income. Leonardo's gives up its right to claim the customer unintentional damage to the rented clothes. The release of liability does not include intentional or malicious damage to rented or damages for lost or stolen or personal items left on clothing apparel. If it is determined that the damage is beyond repair, or if the order is not returned, you will be charged for the total cost of replacing the lost pieces total.

Rush orders are subject to a service charge of $10.00 per order. The order is considered a processed order, once the order measures and pay the minimum payment of the order is completed with the decision. Late orders are considered those in which the client does not have completed the two minimum requirements (measures and minimum payment) to process the order to rent with 7 days in advance. Changes in style with less than 14 days in advance require a $ 20.00 charge.

Late returns will be charge $5.00 per day of delay. Applies when the rent is not returned on the day stipulated for repayment. All orders for clothing that is not returned within a period of 7 days from the date scheduled return, will be lost considered and applied a charge of $ 575.00 (Coat $275, Pants $100, Shirt $45, Accessories $70, Shoes $70, Jewelry Gala $15) by way of replacement goods, which the customer authorizes. This debt will be liquidated and payable at the time of notification thereof.

Replacement costs are charged per piece, if the piece cannot be repaired. Taxes are not included. Other restrictions and fees may apply.

 

CANCELLETION FEE

All orders canceled 14 days prior to the event will have a cancellation fee of $ 20.00. If the order is canceled within 14 days before the event will be a cancellation fee of $ 40.00. If there is a balance after cancellation, a store credit will be granted. If the customer does not cancel the order prior to the event and the merchandise is delivered to the store, the customer agrees to lose all the money and deposit made to order.

MERCHANDISE LEFT OR LOSS

Leonardo's is not responsible for any personal property left in the returned part or bag. The customer expressly relieves Leonardo's liability for loss or damage caused to personal items left on clothing.

 

RETURN POLICY OR REFUNDS ON RENTAL ORDERS

Rentals and their respective charges could be voidable (VOID) only on the day of the transaction by 5:00 pm; this does not apply to "Rush" orders with a delivery date of 48 hours or less. The company will not refund money in the store on rental orders, but it will offer a store credit.

 

Late Charges, Damages and Replacement Fees: All rental orders must be shipped back to Leonardo’s on the first business day following your event date (Saturdays and Sundays excluded). Orders must be returned in the original Leonardo’s shipping box. Your order will be considered returned when you follow these return instructions and deliver the box to any authorized UPS pick-up location. Orders not timely returned will be charged at the rate of 25% of the total rental fee, per day. Product from your order, or from an order initiated by your account, not returned within 4 days of your event shall be deemed lost or appropriated and, in addition to late charges, you will be charged product replacement fees as detailed below.

 

We are not responsible for personal property returned with the rental order. When you rent products from Leonardo’s, an Accidental Damage Waiver is added to the cost of your order. This waiver covers only damages that can be repaired through normal dry cleaning or minor tailoring. If we determine that a rental product is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental product is not returned, you will be charged a replacement fee for the item. Unauthorized alterations made to a rental product will result in an additional charge to return the product to its original size.

 

A pre-paid return-shipping label is included with every order. To return your rental order, place all rental items in the original shipping box, place the return shipping label over the old shipping label, and deliver the box to any authorized Federal Express (FedEx) pick-up site. DO NOT TRY TO USE THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER. Be sure to return all rental items as listed on the packing slip included in your order.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

When you pick the order in any Leonardo's store, we ask that you allow us the time to make sure to review the order and ensure that you are satisfied with the delivered goods. We are not responsible if the customer does not collect the order, or testing the goods in the store prior to the event. To ensure service excellence and solve any situation inaccurate measurements, factory defective merchandise, or discrepancy with the order, the customer agrees to pick up the order the day before the day of use at the time indicated on the order and checked from time in the store. If any changes are required the client must pick up the same or the next day or as agreed with the store representative. Leonardo's is not liable for errors in orders collected on the day of use, or failed unclaimed when you pick up the merchandise in the store. Customer agrees that Leonardo's liability as to any matter or related claim with a rental or purchase of goods is limited to a maximum of the total fees paid by the customer under the lease or purchase of the goods.

 

CHANGES IN OFFERS

Leonardo's offers can be changed or canceled at anytime without previous notice.

 

RENTAL FEES AND CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS

The rental fee for the products will be the rental fees, accidental damage waiver, taxes and any other associated charges detailed on the checkout page of our website in connection with your rental order. Upon placing your order for products, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the rental fee. We will charge your credit card the amount of the rental fee immediately upon you completing your order on our website. A reservation for a rental on our website is an order for the product, no matter how far in advance the order is placed. In addition to the rental fee, you further authorize us to charge your credit card for any late charges, damages and replacement fees as set forth below. Product Quality and Sizing: We will ship to you the products and sizes as requested by you through our website ordering system. When received, you should immediately inspect and try on the products. If any item does not fit due to measurement error, you must notify us within 48 hours of order delivery, and we will ship you a replacement item at no additional cost to you, except for the actual cost of shipping.
